Survey on work-related health and functioning (NZ)

Dear Participant!

We are research professors at Massey University’s School of Management in Auckland. We would like to invite you to take part in a study that aims to investigate people’s thoughts, emotions and behaviours connected with their jobs. The project is carried out by an international team led by Dr Edyta Charzyńska from the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, and Dr Paweł Atroszko from the University of Gdańsk, Poland. The study is conducted in over 60 countries from 6 continents and is supported by the National Science Centre in Poland.

You can participate in this study if you meet the following criteria:

– you live in New Zealand, and you are a New Zealand citizen,
– you are an adult,
– you work in a company / an organisation with at least 10 employees in total,
– you have been working for your present employer at least for a year, and
– you work full-time.

The study takes about 15-20 minutes and your anonymity is guaranteed.

Please complete the questionnaire carefully. No responses are right or wrong. What is important for us are sincere responses, reflecting what you really think and feel.

As a thank you for your participation, after completing the questionnaire, you will see your results with a straightforward description. This will provide you with important and valuable psychological information which may help you better understand yourself, your behaviours, and especially your functioning at work. It may also help you to gain better insights into your strengths and weaknesses in the work context.

Yours faithfully,

Jane Parker
