Survey on work-related health and functioning (LB)

Consent to participate in a Survey/Questionnaire

I would like to invite you to participate in an international study by completing the following survey/questionnaire. I am a faculty member at the Lebanese American University and I am conducting this study in Lebanon. This survey aims to investigate people’s thoughts, emotions and behaviors connected with their jobs. The study is a part of the larger project carried out by the international team led by Dr. Edyta Charzyńska from the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, and Dr. Paweł Atroszko from the University of Gdańsk, Poland. The study is conducted in over 60 countries on 6 continents and is supported by the National Science Centre in Poland (grant no. 2020/39/D/HS6/00198).

There are no known risks, harms or discomforts associated with this study beyond those encountered in normal daily life. The information you provide will be used to enhance and improve stress management interventions and organizational policies, procedures, and standards. You will not financially benefit from participation in this study. However, after completing the questionnaire, you will see your results with a straightforward description. This will provide you with important and valuable psychological information, which may help you better understand yourself, your behaviors, and especially your functioning at work.
Completing the survey will take about 15 to 20 minutes of your time.

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.
