Survey on work-related health and functioning (CY)

Dear Participant!

We are professors at the Psychology department of the University of Nicosia. We would like to invite you to take part in a study that aims to investigate people’s thoughts, emotions and behaviours connected with their jobs. The project is carried out by an international team led by Dr. Edyta Charzyńska from the University of Silesia, Poland, and Dr. Paweł Atroszko from the University of Gdańsk, Poland. This study is being conducted in over 60 countries from 6 continents, and it is supported by the National Science Centre in Poland.

You can participate in this study if you meet the following criteria:

– you live in Cyprus,

– you are an adult,

– you work in an organization with at least 10 employees in total,

– you have been working for your present employer for at least a year,

– you work full-time.

The study takes about 15-20 minutes and is anonymous.

Please complete the questionnaire carefully. No responses are right or wrong. What is important for us are sincere answers, reflecting what you really think and feel.

As a thank-you for your participation, after completing the questionnaire, you will see your results with a straightforward description. This will provide you with important and valuable psychological information, which may help you better understand yourself, your behaviors, and especially your functioning at work. In this way, it may help you gain a better insight into your strengths and weaknesses.

                                                                      Yours faithfully,

Dr. Marios Adonis and Dr. Mark Sullman
