職場健康及功能性問卷 (HK)

 

尊敬的參與者!

 

我是來自香港中文大學醫學院的楊雪教授。我們正進行一項關於工作相關的認知、情緒及行為問題的問卷調查，現在誠邀您的參與。這項問卷調查由西里西亞大學的Dr. Edyta Charzyńska及 格但斯克大學 的Dr. Paweł Atroszko主持，在超過60個國家進行調查，並獲得波蘭國家科學中心支持。

問卷將會匿名作答並需時大概15-20分鐘，請小心回答所有問題。請留意答案並沒有對與錯之分，您只需要根據自己的真實看法和感受回答。
